If we fix an appliance and it breaks down again within ninety-days, we will return for free to determine the cause of the problem. If the breakdown has anything to do with the original repair, we will fix it for free. If the machine has another problem, we will treat the repair as if we had diagnosed both problems at the same time and price it accordingly. You'll pay the same amount had we made the complete diagnosis on the first trip to your house.
We follow industry standard pricing which bases the cost of the repair on the type of appliances and the difficulty of the repair. This charge includes the trip to your location and whatever time it takes to diagnose and repair the appliance. This has been recognized as the best way to charge for services as you are never subjected to pay by time or pay more when you have a simple repair. Rest assured you will be provided a complete estimate before any work is done but after the diagnostic, so you know what to expect.
On a rare basis, a technician may give a quote that may not be completely correct. This can happen for several reasons including the original part is no longer available, the part or labor price changes, or the repair requires additional updated assemblies. We will do our best to keep the repair cost as affordable as possible. Should the cost exceed a reasonable amount, you have the option to decline the repairs but only before the parts are ordered.
TruPro Appliance is backed by a distribution center to virtually guarantee the parts needed for a repair are available. Sometimes it is necessary to order special parts that are unique to your appliance model. In this case we order your part as soon as possible. Parts ordered usually take between 3 and 14 working days or more due to parts being on back order. Your service quote includes standard shipping. Should you request a rush order upon discussion, we can arrange it at an additional cost.

Due to our manufactures policies, once we have ordered a part, we cannot stop or cancel it. Refunds on parts will not be issued once the part is ordered. We require a deposit that is equal to the price of the parts and the service call charge.
